Manage customer satisfaction results with the various departments and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and managed.
Manage routine customer communication.
Handling of all after-sales customer complaints
Responsible for day-to-day operations to support regular activities
The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of nationalities and backgrounds
Experience in phone calls, emails, fax, SMS, and others
Positive attitude, good manners, good English in writing and speaking.

Education & experience:

Bachelors or Higher

Competencies:

Strong intrapersonal skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
Positive and enthusiastic.
