We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Etihad Secure Logistics. As Business Development Sales Officer, you will identify new business opportunities and lead the development of sales initiatives, to ensure consistent growth and to meet overall Company sales and revenue targets in line with the board and executive strategy.
Perform market analysis and focus effort on development and maximizing business in the Abu Dhabi market related to the service offering and strategies directed by the company.
Conduct standard and complex day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Conduct business development initiatives to expand the businesses and sources of income.
Research, gather and analyze data on products and competitors in the market and guide market research plans to define the best approach to increase Company market quota and visibility.
Act as a representative within defined regions to ensure commercial success in directed service offerings.
Act as the local point of contact for internal stakeholders and Director of Commercial to ensure proper reporting of commercial and administrative activities and revenue-generating opportunities.
Analyze, measure and report on the performance of all marketing and sales promotion initiatives to improve the selling approach.
Help develop and monitor sales plans to ensure sales strategy is properly implemented across the designated markets and that expected results are reached within budget.
Accomplish area sales targets and identify possible channels to be used to ensure consistent contribution to overall Company results.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with third parties (e.g. security companies, banks, shipping companies, corporate customers, governmental authorities) to ensure effective brand positioning among strategic clients and further company objectives.
Education & Experience:
Related degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience within the cash management/private security sector or relevant field with 5 years having been in Abu Dhabi.
Excellent communication and management skills at all levels with customers, management, senior management and employees.
Flexible, organized and able to deliver under pressure.
