As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in the smooth running of the hotel kitchen by preparing and presenting food to a high standard, and maintaining hygiene practices. You will follow brand standard food specifications with a high level of performance and presentation and will ensure minimum food wastage in the kitchen.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Well-groomed, healthy, flexible
- Experience as Demi Chef de Partie in any 4 to 5-star hotel
- Experience in PASTRY Kitchen is a must.
- Good English communication skills.
- Graduate of Culinary Arts is an advantage
